Actualmente estamos buscando incorporar un perfil de **Customer Service **nuestra división Logística, localizada en nuestras oficinas de Valencia.

**Principales funciones**:

- Atención al cliente, construyendo relaciones duraderas entendiendo su negocio y sus necesidades.
- Gestión operativa de embarques marítimos importación / exportación - contenedores de cargas generales y especiales (IMO, Reefer).
- Planificación y emisión de bookings a las navieras.
- Coordinación de transportes buscando la solución óptima para el cliente según características del producto.
- Emisión y envíos de pre -alertas y avisos de llegada.
- Seguimiento de los embarques para actuar y comunicar proactivamente a los clientes sobre cualquier incidencia o cambio en sus bookings.
- Supervisión y cooperación en los trámites aduaneros de cada embarque.
- Identificar necesidades y gestiones que puedan ser requeridas para cumplir con las expectativas de los clientes.

Requisitos mínimos
- CFGS, FP o Grado en Comercio Internacional, Transporte y Logística o similares.
- Experiência previa mínima de 3 años en funciones de operativa de tráfico marítimo de mercancías.
- Inglés nível mínimo B2 avanzado.
- Vocación por el sector del comercio internacional.
- Persona organizada, proactiva y resolutiva.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Dominio de las herramientas ofimáticas.
