Vendor Reporting Administrator

Job Purpose:
The purpose of this position is to manage the administration of multiple vendor reporting files. Submit the corrections to meet the data quality targets of the reports that may have impact on rebates. This is part process optimization project.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage multiple European vendor reports corrections on a daily basis (80%)
- Regular validation of reported data in collaboration with Vendor Reporting Focal points in the department (20%)
- Part of an international diverse team
- Working with vendor partners to resolve queries relating to reporting issues
- Working closely with receivables department to resolve any queries
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- No prior experience necessary.
- Bachelor's Degree with Information Technology Field of Study preferred.
- High School Graduate with Information Technology or Administration field of study required.
- Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
- Possesses strong data entry skills.
- Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to converse and write effectively in English and Spanish.
- Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.
- Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
- Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others.
- Able to quickly learn new systems and technology.
