**We have several open positions as we are creating 2 new teams within our organization**:

- **Team "Analytics"**: The primary purpose of Team "Analytics" is to be able to provide proper and insightful data to our vendors and customers. This team will also deal with internal stakeholder dashboarding.
- **Team "Plattform Usability & Growth (PUG)"**:The primary purpose of this team is to enhance our company's product usability, improve customer satisfaction, and drive user engagement. The team will focus on optimizing the user experience across all levels of the platform, aiming to create intuitive and enjoyable interactions. Additionally, the team will implement front-end improvements and conduct split testing to ensure data-driven design decisions.

- ** You are an ace coordinator **with good communication skills: you are adept at effectively clarifying feature requests and bugs with internal and external stakeholders. Your status reports to stakeholders and senior management are clear and structured.
- ** You know how to use your organizational skills in development**:You obtain all information and define the complete product roadmap and all functions for development clearly and concisely. This is easy for you because you understand the world of developers and speak their language

⁠** you have less than 5 year of experience in leadership and people management
