Laboratory Technician for Electrolyte Development

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**TECHNIQUES TO BE USED**:
- Electrolyte/electrode preparation, cell integration, and component characterization.
- Structural and physicochemical characterization: nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), Raman, ICP, X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, gel permeation chromatography (GPC), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
- Batteries characterization: Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), Cyclic voltammetry (CV), Galvanostatic cycling (GC).

**DESCRIPTION OF THE INSTITUTION**:
- Occupational training in fields related to chemistry, engineering, materials science, lab management or similar.
- Degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields would be considered positively but is not required.
- A team player who can collaborate with other researchers.
- High motivation, proactivity and autonomy.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
We would highly value the following experience:
- Standard operating procedures for polymer synthesis and characterization.
- Related laboratory experience (synthesis and/or characterization and analytical techniques) will be positively considered.
- Experience in Electrochemical characterization techniques (galvanostatic cycling, CV, impedance measurements etc.) will be positively considered.
