En Axa Partners estamos buscando a nuestro próximo B**usiness Development Manager Travel **para unirse a nuestra área comercial.

Reportando directamente al Director Comercial de Asistencia, el Business Development Manager asistirá en todas las actividades comerciales apoyando el Servicio y Asistencia a nuevos clientes incluyendo la construcción de la lista de prospectos, identificando la estrategia de negociación, asistiendo en las negociaciones comerciales y contratación, participando en la activación de la cuenta y trabajando en la transición de la cuenta a los account managers en el país.

Sus principales responsabilidades serán:

- Participar en el desarrollo de la estrategia comercial para apoyar el despliegue de Servicio y Asistencia para España, en alineación con SEILA y las directrices centrales.
- Establecer relaciones y contactos con clientes potenciales del sector de viajes.
- Representar a la compañía en conferencias y seminarios del sector.
- Utilizar la investigación y la información para elaborar planes de negocio y propuestas de valor personalizadas para cada cliente.
- Preparación de presentaciones, informes y respuestas a licitaciones para clientes potenciales.
- Asistir en las negociaciones de contratos y pólizas principales.
- Proporcionar información de ventas en el proceso interno de aprobación de productos.
- Transferir las mejores prácticas a los recursos comerciales del país.
- Coordinación con las funciones de apoyo

**Su Perfil**
Eres perfecto para este puesto si tienes:

- Experiência previa trabajando en áreas de Ventas de Seguros B2B en España.
- Experiência trabajando en estructuras internacionales
- Fluidez en español e inglés es esencial
- Capacidad para trabajar eficazmente bajo presión para cumplir los plazos y alcanzar los objetivos, siendo capaz de ejecutar.
- Amplia experiência previa en ventas en los sectores de viajes o seguros.
- Fuertes habilidades de negociación y comunicación, incluyendo experiência en el desarrollo de materiales de presentación eficaces.
- Gran motivación y organización, con atención a los detalles.
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y capacidad para entablar relaciones sólidas a alto nível con los responsables de la toma de decisiones.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
- Licenciatura en empresariales, marketing o campo equivalente.
