**Beca Distributed Energy**
En Endesa tenemos un firme compromiso con la formación y captación del talento. Por eso ofrecemos un Plan de Becas a recién titulados/as universitarios que quieran formar parte de un modelo de aprendizaje colaborativo orientado a adquirir competencias profesionales.
Para esta beca, buscamos personas recién Graduadas en Ingeniería eléctrica, industrial, energía o similar, o que estén a falta de su TFG, para incorporarse a través de una Beca al Departamento de Enel X en Endesa “Zaragoza”.
**¿Qué hace la Unidad?**
Distributed Energy Centro: Desarrollo y construcción de soluciones energéticas (infraestructura eléctrica y fotovoltaica) en zona Aragón + zona Noroeste en el ámbito de B2B de Endesa X. Desde diferentes canales comerciales se nos solicitan soluciones técnicas para dar respuesta a las necesidades de los clientes, desde la área de Distributed Energy junto a nuestros base de proveedores, desarrollamos la solución técnico económica. Cuándo el cliente acepta la solución nos encargamos de las compras necesarias para implantarla así como de la coordinación de la ejecución según los estándares de calidad y seguridad de Endesa.
**¿En qué colaborarás?**
APOYO EN EJECUCIÓN DE OBRAS (seguimiento documental sin visitas a obras): Seguimiento documental de las obras Seguimiento económico del ámbito de gestión Control de información en los sistemas y propuestas de mejora de sistemas. Controlar y vigilar el estado de los trámites administrativos previos a la realización de las obras asignadas. Control y vigilancia de los plazos de ejecución de las obras. Control y vigilancia del estado de los trámites administrativos finales de las obras asignadas. Control económico de la obra asignada. Realización de informes de actividad relacionados con sus obras. Hacer seguimiento de las novedades legislativas que surjan en su zona geográfica de trabajo. Soporte documental en la obra de AMAZON, actualización de cronograma, preparación de informes y presentaciones en Power Point para las reuniones semanales con el cliente. Deberá contar con un nível medio de inglés, y la formación ingeniero, preferiblemente eléctrico o similar.
**¿Qué formación y conocimientos van a ser considerados?**
- Recién Graduados/as en Ingeniería eléctrica, industrial, energía o similar o que estén a falta de su TFG
- Inglés nível C1
- Microsoft Office
**¿Qué ofrecemos?**
- Prácticas del Programa BRIDGE en ENDESA, S.A.
- Ayuda de estudio de 900,00 € brutos mensuales
- Horario: Jornada completa

- Master en Productividad y Desarrollo Personal, Universidad Camilo José Cela.
Las becas de Endesa constan de dos partes, un Plan de Formación Específico o Práctica en la Empresa y un Plan Académico de Formación. La práctica en la Empresa tendrá una duración de un año, con una jornada completa de lunes a viernes, un periodo de descanso de 22 días laborables al año y una ayuda al estudio de 900€ brutos. De forma paralela, se realiza la formación académica de manera online en los 6 primeros meses. Es un postgrado que consta de 5 módulos enfocados al desarrollo personal desde el ámbito profesional.
