We're hiring for **Accounts Payables Supervisor**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Role is to manage the regional APAY helpdesk resources esp in Asturias
- Continuous Improvement: Championing process changes in search for a better and more efficient team performance.
- Responsible for the team's overall performance versus agreed objectives.
- Liase with CGSC team to improve overall APAY performance, bridge the gap between the region and service center
- Active participation in potential Controllership initiatives for standardization.
- Supervision of APAY team members, including providing proactive feedback, development with employees of their annual Dialogue.
- Identification of training needs and organization of trainings/workshops/sharing sessions as needed.
- Coaching / mentoring team members in their specific processes
- Implementation and maintenance of solid company & Accounts Payable policies and procedures.
- Root cause analysis of operating issues and design of path-forward for resolution.
- Compliance with internal controls as well as with all local, company rules, laws and regulations.
- Process optimization to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Responsible to ensure open and effective communication within the team, as well as to encourage cross-functional interactions.
- To ensure the timely and accurate completion the department's activities.
- To monitor and analyze key performance indicators and communicate results to management.
- Responsibility of timely and correct running of the activities for the process.
- To ensure continuous improvement in customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
- To assign the various operational tasks and projects to the team members, aiming for a balanced workload across the team and taking into account the individual team member's experience and interest.
- Cooperation with Business Process Manager and Consultants to ensure updated policies and new process implementation when needed
- Responsible for resolving escalations from Operational business partners and from Finance Functions
- Ensure team's cooperation with External auditors in order to provides all required documentation on time with high quality
- Ensures adequate resource allocation, staff teams accordingly to skills and knowledge required and works and leads the strategic workforce planning exercise and succession planning

**Operations effectiveness and efficiency**: Timely and accurate completions of the daily/weekly/monthly activities.

**Customer focus**: Excellence of Service Delivery Model; timely and accurate completion for the accounting requests.

**Internal Controls**: Timely and accurate completion and sign-off of the daily/weekly/monthly Internal Control activities in the APAY

**Qualifications**:** Qualifications**:

- University degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Knowledge of AP and TER internal controls: Get full understanding of KCA´s related with AP Operations and
- its proper documentation.
- People Management: Develop employees. Promote “Building Winning Team” atmosphere.
- English Proficiency is required. Speaking / Writing skill in multiple languages such as Italian, Spanish, French, German is preferred
- SAP system knowledge is preferred
- Microsoft Office knowledge: Excel, Power Point, etc.
- Leadership experience is desired.
