**Position**:
If you are passionate about numbers with a meaning and a story behind this is your role. We are creating our Market Intelligence Department and wou will be at the heart of the business working on high-impact analytics, cross-functional projects to drive business growth and increase our market and competitive knowledge.

The main responsibilities will be linked with:

- Develop and implement a plan to undertake market analysis to identify key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Produce and disseminate research intelligence and insight findings in comprehensible formats.
- Manage data quality and governance: ensure data quality for key business units, including marketing, finance, salesThis includes data validation, testing, scrubbing, consistent data dictionary/terminology and general data maintenance.
- Lead and coordinate multiple internal stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables
- Work alongside Senior Management to review procurement activity and identify appropriate commercial development opportunities.
- Manage a range of market research and ad-hoc projects including competitor monitoring, forecasting with specifics insights, market tracking tools or evolution per channel and retailers among others
- Analyse market data to identify potential growth areas and make strategic recommendations to the brands and management team
- Provide bespoke product/service insight and knowledge
- Prepare and present reports and presentations on market analysis findings to the national management team and coordinate effective communication of those findings to wider stakeholders internally including LVMH Beauty Market Intellingence Team.
- Act as specialist point of contact for advice and guidance on market intelligence including the coaching and development of others
- Coach and support colleagues in the best use of market analysis data to inform strategic direction and decisions

**Profile**:

- Degree in Mathematics or Market Research
- Masters in Data Analytics is mandatory
- A minimum of 7 years experience in a market research role within a consultancy company working for retail channel.
- Proficient in Spanish, English and/or French
- Office 365, SAP, Power BI, Cognos
- Result Oriented
- Highly Analytical and with an eye for detail together with the ability to present data in a comprehensive style
- Proactive and Collaborative
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Communication skilss
