Manager, Human Resources (f/m/d)

**Responsibilities**:

- At Freudenberg Performance Materials (FPM), Human Resources (HR) is the heart of our organization, championing our people and driving change that aligns with our business needs. We are seeking someone who is collaborative, goal-oriented, and influential to lead the HR team at our Parets del Valles location.
- Your Impact:

- Drive Strategy: Considering the over-arching Global strategy of FPM, you cascade that locally and implement respective initiatives that are aligned and cost effective.
- Organizational Development: Through strategic workforce planning, proactive recruitment, and internal development initiatives, you ensure we have the right people in the right place and at the right time.
- Legal Compliance: Ensuring adherence to local, regional, and global labor laws, managing personnel administration, payroll, and legal regulations with precision to protect the employees’ well-being and the organization.
- Relationship-Building: Fostering strong connections with employees, management, the labor union, and external partners to create a cohesive and supportive work environment.
- Change Management: Leading and supporting initiatives that drive organizational change, promoting adaptability and continuous improvement.
- Influential Leadership: Guiding and inspiring teams through positive motivation, appropriate rewards systems, coaching, and by promoting a positive social climate

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive HR experience in a similar role in a Manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in union and social management, project management, and transversal leadership.
- HRIS Systems agility.
- English, Catalan, and Spanish language skills required.

- Leadership: You’re able to influence and inspire without formal authority, while fostering an engaged workforce.
