**Descripción del puesto**:
El Head of People, desempeña un papel fundamental en el liderazgo y la gestión del capital humano dentro de una organización. Sus principales funciones serán:

- Brindar liderazgo y orientación general, supervisando la adquisición de talento, el desarrollo profesional de los empleados, la planificación de sucesiones, programas de retención, formación y desarrollo de liderazgo.
- Desarrollar iniciativas, políticas y programas que complementen las prácticas existentes y generen coherencia en toda la organización, impulsando el impulso de la empresa.
- Actuar como asesor estratégico de capital humano para la alta dirección.
- Supervisar los planes de beneficios y compensación para garantizar eficiencia de costos y atractivo para retener a los mejores talentos.
- Reclutar y gestionar un equipo de alto rendimiento.
- Supervisar la ejecución de todas las actividades generales de Recursos Humanos, abarcando desde la formación y desarrollo de los empleados, compensación, beneficios, administración de sistemas, planificación organizativa o de recursos, gestión del cambio organizacional, hasta otros servicios.
- Trabajar con un equipo directivo para crear e implementar soluciones de personas que impulsen la participación, la productividad y la cultura.
- Desarrollar e implementar nuevas políticas, prácticas y programas para satisfacer las necesidades organizativas y de la alta dirección/gerencia estratégica.

**Requerimientos**:

- **Experiência**:10 años en un cargo similar.
- **Formación**:Titulación en ADE/Económicas y/o Derecho. Máster en Recursos Humanos.
- **Idiomas**:Alto nível de inglés.
- **Competencias**:

- Dominio avanzado de herramientas de análisis de datos.
- Experiência en negociación colectiva.
- Capacidad de negociación y organización.
- Orientación a objetivos y a cliente.
- Dinamismo, autonomía, flexibilidad y liderazgo.
