**Descripción**:
Buscamos una persona dinámica y comprometida para unirse a nuestro equipo de Talento y Cultura perteneciente a la Dirección de Recursos Corporativos de HISPASAT. Como parte de nuestro equipo, tendrás la oportunidad de influir en el desarrollo y crecimiento de nuestros colaboradores y colaboradoras formando parte de la ejecución de nuestras estrategias clave.

Tendrás como principales responsabilidades:

- Serás responsable de coordinar el proceso de inducción de los nuevos colaboradores de la organización.
- Serás responsable de mantener métricas y KPIs para evaluar la efectividad de nuestros procesos de selección, realizando un seguimiento de los indicadores clave, analizando los resultados y preparando informes periódicos proporcionando mejoras contínuas en nuestros procesos de selección.
- Gestionarás el Programa de Becas estableciendo convenios con universidades, administrando el programa, participando en foros, colaborando con universidades y otras instituciones educativas para identificar y atraer a jóvenes talentos. Te encargarás de establecer y mantener relaciones estratégicas, mantener el programa de becas y brindar el apoyo necesario durante el periodo de beca en nuestra organización.
- Apoyar en el mantenimiento del sello EFR (Empresa Familiarmente Responsable) que dispone Hispasat contribuyendo a mantener y fortalecer nuestro compromiso como empresa con nuestros empleados realizando seguimiento de políticas y prácticas que promuevan el equilibrio entre el trabajo y la vida personal, el bienestar de nuestros empleados y la conciliación de responsablidades familiares.
- Apoyarás en la gestión del Plan de Diversidad de la compañía. Trabajarás estrechamente con el resto de equipo de Talento y Cultura para desarrollar e implementar estrategias y programas que fomenten la diversidad en todas sus formas, incluyendo la igualdad de oportunidades y la inclusión.
- Participarás en las acciones de escucha al empleado, como encuestas de clima laboral, cuestionarios de satisfacción y otros mecanismos de retroalimentación. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con el resto del equipo para asegurarte de que se recopilen y analicen los datos de manera efectiva. Además de llevar a cabo la socialización de los resultados y de implementar acciones pertinentes para abordar las áreas de mejora identificadas.
- Colaborar en el acompañamiento al equipo directivo en el desarrollo individual relacionado con el modelo de gestión de personas consiguiendo alcanzar los objetivos estratégicos y de palanca que favorezcan la integración cultural organizativa.

**Requisitos**:

- Conocimientos en el ámbito de responsabilidad del puesto o Titulación Universitaria en Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Administración de empresas o similares.
- 3-5 años en puestos análogos. Valorable si la misma se ha obtenido en el sector de Telecomunicaciones y/o Tecnologías de la Información.
- Inglés. Asimilable a C1
- Capacidad de organización y gestión de múltiples proyectos.
