Material Planner position.


As part of EMEA Integrated Supply Chain, Planning hub is responsible for ensuring smooth Base and Additional Materials supply to 12 Converting Factories in the region.

In this position you will deal with the replenishment of Additional Materials categories and will be a key contributor in securing optimal level of inventory while keeping high standard of service to the customers.

You will be reporting to a Material Team Lead and work closely with Suppliers, Converting Factories and Global planning structure.


This permanent position belongs to the virtual team with physical location in one of European Converting Factories
: Arganda, Rubiera, Limburg, Budaors, Dijon or
Gornji Milanovac.


What you will do:

  • Maintain Master Data in systems & tools timely to ensure accurate planning.
  • Place order to supplier, monitor order status till arrival, keep updating in system & tools.
  • Regular challenge/update safety stock and maintain inventory in an optimal level.
  • Monitor demand and supply deviations, takes actions when there are supply issues.
  • Collaborate with cross functions to secure a smooth material flow for production and delivery.
  • Deploy KPI losses and lead/participate improvement actions/activities.
  • Maintain good cooperation with suppliers including RFC, ordering, delivery and etc.
  • Lead/Participate in global/local material planning initiatives/projects.

We believe you have:

Language and Education:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Fluency in English both in written and verbal.

Required Experiences:

  • Min. 24 years of operational experience in the Material Planning or other similar operational area of expertise
  • Experience with SAP R
  • Experience working with MRP (Material Requirement Planning) tool having worked intensively with APO-R (SAP) being a big advantage
  • Solid knowledge in material planning process and tools, logistic flow
  • Confident user of various IT tools such as MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), WebEx, Microsoft Teams.

  • Ability to work dynamically and autonomously in changing environment, agile prioritization
  • Analytical mindset and a keen interest to business operations
  • Strong problemsolving skills with a cando attitude
  • Good understanding of continuous improvement key principles
  • Good communication skill with the ability to build up long term partnership with different level of stakeholders.
