The Research and Safety Market Division (RSD) is a division of Thermo Fisher Scientific, branded as **Fisher Scientific**, which markets and sells a vast portfolio of laboratory products and services. RSD’s portfolio represents the product lines of thousands of supplier/manufacturers in the laboratory space, both internal and external to Thermo Fisher and includes Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Academic, Industrial and Government institutions that maintain scientific laboratories and engage in scientific research activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Achieve sales and profit targets in your designated territory through effective selling to researchers and procurement people.
- Build and maintain an effective network of connections within the Thermo Fisher Scientific organization and with representatives of the other suppliers.
- Develop and implement a strategic and tactical sales plan for your specified territory and lead pricing within the territory to optimize profitability.
- Provide accurate and formal feedback on market trends, business opportunities, customers and competitor activity to Sales Management. (We use Salesforce as a CRM system)
**How will you get here?**
- Validated sales experience, preferably in the research laboratory market.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the sciences or equivalent work experience.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office and the Web. Experience with SalesForce is and advantage.
- Full driver’s license to travel frequently to customer locations.
- Written and spoken Spanish and English.
