We are currently looking for a Senior People & Culture Business Partner (M/F/d) to join our Global People & Culture team. We offer a very flexible hybrid setup in any of our European Hubs: France, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Poland and UK.

Our People & Culture team enables business growth by empowering employees and teams. People & Culture function helps GSG culture thrive under global initiatives. As a trusted partner, we drive the People journey and we aim to create rewarding memories for the GSG Community.

Our Business Partners work closely with the senior leadership to develop and direct our P&C agenda, making sure that the overall People & Culture offering fits the needs, goals, and aims of GSG. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:

- Drive a positive culture of trust and autonomy in your departments
- Together with the leadership team in your department, set people strategies that help your people grow and develop
- Support leadership team on organizational changes and workforce planning
- Support our people managers in driving high performance teams through data and experience driven analysis and recommendations
- Coach your people managers on employee engagement
- Give guidance to our management in terms of performance reviews, compensation & benefits, L&D, employee retention or employee relation matters
- Work closely with our People Operations team and Learning and Development expert to implement global HR projects that ensure a highly innovative HR landscape

We are a match if you have...
- At least 3-7 years work experience in an HR business partner role and preferably also experience in a generalist role
- Extensive experience to strategically drive a project from A to Z
- Organizational talent and data driven approach
- Previous experience in organizational change management process
- A team player who likes to collaborate with colleagues throughout the organization
- Strong communication skills and an accurate, independent way of working
- Fluency in written and spoken English (additional language would be a plus)
