For our Vacarisses Plant, in Barcelona, we are looking for a:
**Material Control Planner**
**What you will do**
This role will be responsible for maintaining proper inventory to fulfill demand requirements and distribution of finished goods.
The person selected will include the movements of finished goods between warehouse locations maintaining an accurate mix of products to service customers out of each location.
**How you will do it**
- Responsible for maintaining proper full goods inventory levels for assigned area/locations utilizing SAP Planning Modules. Reviewing YPIA data multiple times per day.
- Review orders to ensure Order Fill in Full is obtained by changing shipping locations, communicating the changes, and redirecting inbound support.
- Clearly and proactively communicate potential supply chain interruptions. Cuts, TOTS, to the respective plant and supply chain parties. Interact with planning, shipping, warehouse supervisors, inventory supervisor and warehouse manager.
- Create shuttle Bill of Ladings and communicate to shipping, logistic partners, and third-party warehouses.
- Update, monitor, and report on both inventory and dock capacity for all warehouse locations.
- Monitor SAP MRP profiles to ensure all materials are included in the database that utilizes these profiles.
**What we are looking for**
Technical training (FP) or equivalent
Minimum 1-2 years of similar experience
Knowledge in SAP
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
