**EMEA VS PS HF Crop Supervisor**

**MAIN PURPOSE**:

- Responsible for the overall crop protection, fertigation, irrigation and phytosanitary policy execution.
- Responsible for crop maintenance and data collection related to crop management.

**KEY TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES**:

- Crop protection (chemical and biological) execution.
- Fertigation and irrigation execution.
- Crop maintenance (pruning, leaf removal, fruit removal) execution.
- Data collections for crop management: counting insects, measuring plant growth etc.
- Phytosanitary policy execution.
- Accountable for Weekend duty execution; crop inspection, equipment status, breakdown service.
- Accountable for internal and external regulations (HSE, ISO,QMS, etc).
- Operations Manager Back-up for operational activities.

**QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES**:

- B.S. in Horticulture, Agronomy, plant protection, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of crop management.
- Detailed knowledge of phytosanitary protocols, plant diseases and crop protection programs, crop growing processes, and systems needed to grow several horticultural crops with the focus on producing high-quality vegetable seeds.
- Knowledge of Climate software controls.
- Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-based environment. Manages multiple projects and priorities
- Proven leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to effectively achieve business results.
- Capacity to communicate and work effectively with all management levels in a multi-cultural organization.

- Interfaces with: VS PS Global Production Team, PS Finance & Procurement Team, Data & Analytics, IT infrastructure team, Govt / Regulatory Authorities, ESH team, Plant Operation team, R&D, Site Leadership Team
