**EMEA VS PS Production Assistant**

**Main propose**:

- Responsible to assist in reliable and timely supply of Vegetable Seed, connecting closely with R&D and Supply Chain teams to aid new product advancement.

**Key tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Organize seed trial on field.
- Communication of estimates, deviations and data collection in SCOUT system.
- Support in all aspects of crop cycle, from sowing, transplant, roguing, pollination, harvest to seed extraction and drying.
- Support to ensure parental lines are genetically fixed.
- Support seed request and seed cycle sampling.
- Support to maintain accurate records of production increases, including inventory, purity, germination and disease testing for assigned crops.

**Key Working Relations**:

- Member of Home Farm Production Leadership team.
- Interfaces with: VS PS Global Production Team, PS Finance & Procurement Team, Data & Analytics, IT infrastructure team, Govt / Regulatory Authorities, ESH team, Plant Operation team, R&D, Site Leadership Tea.

**Qualifications & Competencies**:

- BS/BA or AS/AA with 3 years related work experience required.
- Physically capable of working in field situations.
- Ability to supervise large labor crews.
- Able to read, write and speak fluent English.
- Detail oriented, good organization, communication and human relation skills.
