Our D&CA; team is part of Corporate Finance, which also includes Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;), Equity Capital Markets (ECM), Financial Institutions (FI) Advisory and Private Equity Advisory. Our team is committed to our overall Capital Markets & Advisory (CMA) ambition to strengthen ING's financial advisory capabilities.Working in D&CA; means working in a dynamic environment on leading transactions at the very heart of the ING organization. Together with the other members of your team,

you will be involved in multi-disciplinary strategic projects that frequently involve public (press) exposure for our clients.Your new teamAs a D&CA; Vice-President you will be a member of an enthusiastic and driven team (5 FTE's). We play a key role in the origination and execution of debt advisory, ratings advisory and transformational financings (loans, bonds, private placements, equity and hedging). You will be part of independent debt advisory teams directly working for and on behalf of our clients, and you will also be part of multi-disciplined origination, structuring and execution teams for integrated financing solutions, where your role is to put the client interest first and ensure best-in-class delivery to meet and go beyond client expectations.You will work closely together with the colleagues of our D&CA; team in Brussels and other D&CA; locations ( Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Madrid, Singapore, Hong Kong and New York), the sector/relationship coverage teams and various product specialists within ING including M&A;, Global Capital Markets, Financial Markets (FM), Loan Syndicate, Lending,

Sustainable Finance and Corporate Investments.Your client base will consist of predominantly Belgian, Nordic and Western European based corporate clients across various sectors and financial / infra sponsors, where you will be working on corporate style, infra-style and project finance transactions.Due to the international scope of the assignments, the projects and the teams you will be working with, the learning experience will be large .OpportunityIn this position, you will have a direct impact on important strategic events for our clients, such as large (re)financings, investment programmes, financial restructurings and mergers and acquisitions
