That's what makes us Roche.We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect for Intelligent Content Search to join our team. As a Solution Architect, you will play a vital role in defining and communicating a shared technical and architectural vision for our Content Search & Knowledge Management product. This includes ensuring the product is built for purpose, with built-in observability, self-service and automation, and deeply integrated into our Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Analytics ecosystem, ensuring reusability and platform elasticity. .The Opportunity:- Design end-to-end search architectures, considering scalability, security, relevance, and performance.- Implement AI-driven solutions in Knowledge Management, Information Retrieval, and Search Engines using AWS cloud services.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs.- Develop comprehensive process design documentation, including flowcharts and diagrams, to effectively communicate the AI and Cloud architecture.- Apply NLP and GenAI techniques like Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to enable efficient and accurate information retrieval from unstructured data sources.- Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI and Cloud technologies to enhance knowledge management processes.- Assess and design the integration of the platform with multiple systems (mainly via REST APIs).- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of solutions through proper testing and optimization.- Collaborate with development teams to provide architectural guidance and support during implementation.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI, Cloud, and information retrieval technologies.- Facilitate seamless integration of AI and Cloud platforms with existing systems and applications.- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and data protection policies by implementing robust security measures.Who you are:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, systems analysis, or related field, or equivalent experience.- 7-10 years of professional IT experience, with proven experience as a Solution Architect in AI and cloud-based projects
