Como Technical Consultant formarás parte del equipo de Asset Services en Madrid.
El objetivo será velar por la correcta gestión técnica de uno o varios activos así como garantizar el buen estado de las mismos y generar propuestas de optimización continua de recursos.
¿Cuáles serían tus responsabilidades?
Se responsabilizará de la gestión técnica global de los activos u edificios a su cargo.
Participará en la supervisión de proyectos de obras en espacios comunes y privativos de los edificios en gestión.
Trabajará bajo la supervisión de los responsables técnicos del departamento de Asset Services España.
Apoyará a nivel técnico al equipo de Property Managers del dep.
de Asset Services en España Supervisará el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales a nivel técnico de los edificios en gestión Negociará los contratos con proveedores de servicios técnicos.
Una vez adjudicados, supervisará el cumplimiento de los mismos a nivel técnico,organizativo y económico, actuando como interlocutor con el cliente Asumirá el seguimiento y control del presupuesto, así como de la cuenta de resultados, de los edificios en gestión Control de obras de reforma y reparaciones que haya que ejecutar en los activos.
¿Qué buscamos?
Ingeniería Técnica o superior (preferentemente) y/o Arquitectura Técnica o ingeniería de edificación.
Experiencia de al menos 3 años en sector Real Estate.
