.ADP is hiring a Sr. Specialist, Data Analytics & Project Management.Are you a data-driven, organized, and passionate individual? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment that encourages you to proactively improve processes, create efficiencies and problem solve across teams?ADP's External Communications team is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist to play a crucial role in the overall success and efficiency of the team. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, all aimed at overseeing the critical day-to-day operations of the team.In this role, you will work cross functionally, engaging with leaders in Media Relations, Executive Communications, the ADP Newsroom, Brand, Digital Marketing and Measurement teams daily. This involves coordinating and managing workflows, ensuring that tasks are assigned and completed in a timely manner, maintaining clear lines of communication across different teams and departments, maintaining and enhancing reporting and measurement initiatives and more.In addition, the Senior Operations Specialist also plays a vital role in optimizing processes within the team. By constantly evaluating and refining processes, the Senior Operations Specialist helps the team to operate at its full potential, delivering exceptional results for both internal and external stakeholders.RESPONSIBILITIES:Project Management Project managing the development and execution of External Communications initiatives, processes and workflowsManaging and reviewing cross-organization requests to ensure compliance with policies and alignment with the brandStreamlining processes and driving the overall efficiency of the team, including reporting, cross-team resources, best practices, etc
