col-wideJob Description:Descripción del empleoMultinacional fabricante de BESS|Gestión de Europa del Sur - 1 persona a cargoImportante multinacional fabricante de equipos de almacenamiento de energía está en búsqueda de un SALES MANAGER (BESS - Utility Scale) para gestionar clientes en Europa del Sur (Portugal, Italia, España y Grecia) y proyectos globales.Las responsabilidades principales del puesto serán:Definición e implementación de una estrategia comercial para desarrollar y hacer crecer el negocio de forma sostenible en la zona.Identificación de nuevas oportunidades (enfoque en desarrollo de negocio hunter) en toda la gama de aplicaciones target (enfoque en clientes potenciales / nuevos clientes existentes, fomento de oportunidades, asociación global).Anticiparse a las tendencias del mercado (Aspectos regulatorios, Apertura de Mercado, cambio de aplicaciones,?).Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas y duraderas con los clientes a todos los níveles (Ingeniería / Compras).Liderar las negociaciones de grandes contratos (con soporte del equipo legal).Ser responsable del presupuesto de pedido/margen y proporcionar un plan (acciones concretas y procesables) para cumplir/superar los objetivos.Salario competitivo y desarrollo profesional.Requisitos mínimosFormación académica técnica (Ingeniería).Al menos 5-10 años de experiência comercial en equipos como inversores solares, convertidores, almacenamiento de energía (energy storage).Imprescindible nível avanzado de Inglés; Italiano muy valorable.Se valorará conocimiento en soluciones de almacenamiento de energía.Inscribirme a esta oferta
