Our purpose - Celebrating life, every day, everywhere - has a significant role in our company, for our people, our diversity, our brands, in how we perform and how we build shared value.About the roleIn this role you will:Lead the execution of our brand plans at the point of purchase in the grocery universeOwn the relationship with the 3rd Party activation agenciesDirect Key Account Managers in execution process successBe responsible for the execution of distribution, primary shelf and secondary shelf visibilityOwn our Route-to-Market strategy in retail including Luxury, Gifting, Convenience as well as Modern TradeEnsure teams visiting the stores are set up for successManage the in-store activation budget (Trade investment and Aamp;P)Key outcomes:Achievement of key KPI metrics in terms of execution both every-day excellence as well as during key campaignsMarket share winning plans delivered partnering with Customer Marketing and Category DevelopmentStrong improvements in distribution of key brands and innovation, primary shelf and secondary shelf visibilityStrategic transformation of our route-to-market strategy including emerging channels (Discounters, Franchises, Convenience)High performing execution team visiting outletsInvestment optimization for maximum returns based on learningsYou#39;ll be the decision maker for:Outlets visited by Field Sales forceActivation strategy in store based on segmentationSub-channel activation strategyLuxury outlet segmentationActivation Investment: align on activation plan, prepare pre amp; post Mamp;E and agree activity with customer - in partnership with National Account ManagersAbout youYou #39;re a passionate individual with great communication and relationship-building skills.
You analytical with the ability to compile amp; collate data to derive insight and action.
You have good commercial understanding, Pamp;L literacy and strong numerical skills.
You like to interact and are famous for influencing at multiple levels.
