¿Eres un apasionado/a del mundo de la tecnología? Estamos en búsqueda de un Project Manager Operations, para que gestione la vida de los proyectos end to end asegurando que los proyectos sean completados a tiempo, con calidad y dentro del presupuesto.¿Cuáles son las funciones y responsabilidades de un Project Manager Operations?Gestionar todos los aspectos de proyectos o iniciativas complejos y a gran escala desde el inicio hasta la entrega, para que los proyectos se completen a tiempo, con calidad y dentro del presupuesto.Diseñar, comunicar y ejecutar el plan operativo para completar un proyecto, y supervisar el progreso y el rendimiento con respecto a dicho plan.Identificar y resolver los problemas para minimizar los retrasos.Gestionar el análisis de los requisitos del proyecto, identificar y comprender las estimaciones de costes, los recursos, los riesgos y el tiempo necesarios para completar los proyectos, y así poder garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos y requisitos del proyecto dentro de los parámetros de tiempo, coste y calidad.Actuar como enlace con otras áreas de la organización para obtener recursos especializados y contribuciones para el proyecto.Dirigir las reuniones del proyecto, preparar informes periódicos para comunicar la situación del proyecto dentro y fuera de la organización.Trabajar con las partes interesadas e identificar y establecer prioridades, asignar tareas y coordinar al personal del proyecto.Gestionar los cambios en las prioridades y el alcance de los proyectos.Toma decisiones de menor importancia que pueden tener consecuencias mínimas para el calendario de entrega del proyecto.Gestión de riesgos.Generar informes y cuadros de mando.Mentalidad de líder con una actitud de "sí se puede".Al menos 4 años de experiencia gestionando proyectos.Gran conocimiento técnico, alto entendimiento de modelos de negocio y soluciones tecnológicas.Nivel alto de inglés.Licenciatura universitaria en Ingeniería, telecomunicaciones, etc.Buena capacidad analítica y toma de decisiones.Conocimientos en desarrollo de estrategia de marketing de productos y servicios.¿Por qué debería aplicar a la oferta de Project Manager Operations?Salario a partir de 37K + bonus anual por rendimiento.Seguro médico privado + descuento en seguro médico para familia.Conciliación de la vida laboral y familiar y flexibilidad horaria.Programa de bienestar con acceso a descuentos en gimnasios.Compensación por gastos de trabajo desde casa.Desarrollo profesional y la oportunidad de ser una pieza clave en una empresa tecnológica en rápida expansión dentro del sector de los pagos.Función laboral Gestión de proyectos y Tecnología de la informaciónSectores Servicios de recursos humanos#J-18808-Ljbffr
