Chief Operations Officer - SCF HQ & Cluster Lead Country: Spain
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING SCF HQ is looking for a Chief Operations Officer & Cluster Lead, based in our Boadilla del Monte (Madrid) office. WHY YOU SHOULD CONSIDER THIS OPPORTUNITY Santander Consumer Finance focuses on business development related to consumer finance products, sales channels, and commercial agreements with dealers, vehicle manufacturers, or retail distribution establishments, as well as commercial functions associated with direct sales (branches, call centers, or digital channels) and indirect sales (through third parties) of consumer finance products.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES As COO & Cluster Lead, you will be responsible for the implementation of the operations plan in all the countries where SCF is present regarding the Operational Lease business. This applies specifically to all the services to be provided during the lifetime of the Operational Leasing contracts.
As Cluster Lead for a number of countries, you will be responsible for the implementation of all the strategies defined from HQ, as well as being P&L responsible for the P&L of those countries.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
Defining the strategy in OperationsCoordinating countries & linking between HQ & countriesCreation of management teams in countries where not available
