Chief Commercial Officer - SCF HQ & Cluster Lead

**SCF HQ is looking for a Chief Commercial Officer & Cluster Lead, based in our Boadilla del Monte (Madrid) office.**

**Santander Consumer Finance **focuses on business development related to consumer finance products, sales channels and commercial agreements with dealers, vehicle manufacturers or retail distribution establishments, as well as commercial functions associated with direct sales (branches, call centers or digital channels) and indirect sales (through third parties) of consumer finance products.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As CCO & Cluster lead, you will be responsible of the implementation of the commercial plan in all the countries where SCF is present regarding the Operational Lease business. That applies specifically to all the services to be provided during the lifetime of the Operational Lease contracts.

As Cluster lead of a number of countries you will be responsible of the implementation in those countries of all the strategies defined from HQ as well as P&L responsible for the P&L of those countries.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Defining the strategy in Sales
- Coordinating countries & Link between HQ & Countries
- Benchmark sharing
- Creation of Management teams in countries where not available.

EXPERIENCE
- 10 year experience in Operating Lease
- International environment

EDUCATION
- University Degree

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Drive
- Team motivation
