.We are looking for a KYC & QA Specialist to join Our Compliance team that has been instrumental in maintaining adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices. Given that, we want to bring on board a specialist with extensive experience in Know Your Customer (KYC), AML, sanctions protocols and compliance-related Q&A processes. This role is essential to ensuring our operations remain compliant and effective.Main tasks and responsibilites1/ Perform risk-based quality check/quality assurance controls on KYC activities performed upon corporates and financial institution customers to secure they are meeting the high standards expected, based on existing policies and work instructions; 2/ Regular checks and quality analysis on operational activities of AML, sanctions and KYC processes; 3/ Ensuring that internal KYC processes are working correctly and helping to identify and report on any gaps or deficiencies; 4/ Support in identifying areas within the KYC process where improvement is needed to processes, instructions or tools, and recommending potential activities; 5/ Serve as a company-wide resource and liaison on AML policies, contract issues, communications, workflow, and quality improvements initiatives.Qualifications & Skills1. Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations, ensuring compliance at all levels.2. An analytical mindset paired with excellent organizational skills, enabling efficient problem-solving.Experience1) 3-4 years' experience in working with AML/KYC related processes, particularly performing KYC workat least 1 year experience in Quality Check of KYC work; 2) Higher education (in law, finance, banking, or similar would be considered an advantage); 3) Professional certification such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (ACAMS, ICA, similar)
