The successful candidate will benefit from Performance with Choice and report into their home location a minimum of two days per week.In this role you will...Deploy Operational excellence methods & programmes (including shop floor level if necessary) ensuring they deliver anticipated value in support Productivity targets (including Value Driven Maintenance, Total Productive Maintenance, LEAN tools, Reliability Based Maintenance, Vertical Start Up etc.).Once up & running, programme manage multiple sites through delivery of benefits.Ensure KPIs for Operational Engineering activities are in place / in use & effective in driving performance & improvement.Lead and use benchmarking internally & externally to identify current performance level and next performance level against best practice & improvement opportunities.
