For our Iberian Sales Company, we are looking for a high-performing Sales Director to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
As Sales Director Iberia, your main focus will be on : Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales teamDesigning and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence in the Iberian marketObjectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the sales teamMain responsibilities Implement NILFISK sales strategy focusing on prioritized market segments and customer (key) accounts.Monitor existing customers and negotiate with new accounts that are of strategic importance to NILFISKPromote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needsDefine and achieve Annual Sales Budgets and provide regular sales forecasts (weekly, monthly, quarterly)Market intelligence and understanding : size, share, channels, segments, competitionTeamwork with After Sales to grow service revenue, customer satisfaction and retention.Coordinate with the other Company's departments, Customer Care, Marketing, Product Management, Service, Supply Chain to improve customer's experienceRequirements and skills Degree in business administration or a related fieldSuccessful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targetsDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organizationStrong business sense and industry expertiseExcellent mentoring, coaching and people management skillsThe position is based in MADRID
