The ideal candidate should have relevant marketing analytics experience, an ability to describe complex technical concepts in simple terms, and generate valid marketing hypotheses. The Senior Marketing Data Analyst will join the analytics team in Barcelona and will collaborate closely with the Chief Marketing Officer in building the entire marketing analytics domain from scratch.WHAT YOU'LL DOThe marketing analytics domain has three key focuses:Revise and build the framework for marketing analytics.Develop and implement marketing data & infrastructure roadmap.Proactively drive day-to-day marketing initiatives from an analytical standpoint.As a part of the team you will:Deeply investigate our users' journey to deliver marketing enhancements.Search for customer segments and most effective ways to reach those segments through marketing activities.Closely collaborate with data engineers to obtain accurate and trustworthy data for decision making.Work on attribution models and reporting.Cross-functionally support different teams with data-driven decision making.WHAT YOU'LL BRINGMust haves:5+ years of proven experience within marketing analytics, preferably in SAAS products. Technical background and knowledge of mathematical statistics. Excellent technical skills (SQL, Python, BI tools). Ability to formulate relevant marketing hypotheses and test them. Extreme attention to details and strong work ethics.
