You will play a key role in providing crucial support, coordinating promotional activities, analyzing seller performance, building action plans, and reporting at ManoMano.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate promotional activities Facilitate the organization and management of promotional campaigns, working directly with the Key Account Management team.
- Identify the categories, brands, and products to be promoted in line with our sales strategy and the sales planning of the year.
- Coordinate the retroplanning, create the briefings for all the parties involved (marketing, acquisition, communication), meet deadlines, and ensure communication with internal teams and partners.
- Analyze results and propose action plans to accelerate sales.
- Account management & Business Development Support a scope of current accounts in managing sales initiatives aimed at boosting seller performance and generating turnover.
- Develop Hunting List based on Selection Gap to enrich ManoMano's catalog.
- Contact new Leads to pitch ManoMano Business Model to increase our seller's scope.
- Data analysis and reporting Analyze the sales performance of the marketplace in Spain Build reportings

What We're Looking ForWe are looking for a student in Master (Bac +4 +5 or in gap year) from a business / engineering school (or equivalent university), who is:
- Autonomous and agile (able to work in a constantly changing environment)
- Curious, with a strong desire to learn
- Able to lead and manage ambitious projects
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to persuade in order to develop skills in commercial negotiations.
- Languages: native / fluent Spanish, English (French is a plus)
- Excel skills: able to manage data and with good analytical skills
- Data driven: ability to analyze data and turn it into an action plan
- Previous internship experience in e-commerce and / or the retail sector is a major advantage.
