Systems Administrator

Nature of work:Hybrid setupContractual (6 months, renewable)The System Administrator will assist in designing, developing, and configuring applications, dashboards, and reports to meet objectives, as well as to provide support and maintenance to the tool, Apptio.PRIMARY ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:The System Administrator will perform the following services:Design and develop process automation tools based on business requirementsBuild data models and visualizations based on specificationsContribute to the administration of the Apptio tool, with a primary focus on, but not limited to, managing user access, permissions and securityTranslate user requirements into application design and systems requirementsAssist in the management and customization of SharePoint sitesProvide maintenance and support to existing tools and applications, and enhancements if neededProvide technical guidance and coaching to team membersPerform other technical tasks and ad hoc activities that may be assigned from time to timeCOMPETENCIES:More than 3 years of solid experience in software developmentAt least 2 years supporting a critical financial systemProven ability to design and develop workflow automation toolsExperience in Power BI data model (Power Query, DAX) and SharePoint Site AdministrationProficient in Microsoft Office 365 products, particularly SharePoint, Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate and Excel formulas and macros.Knowledge in TBM framework and Apptio TBM Studio preferred. If skill still not acquired, willing to be trained in the TBM Studio development platform and TBM framework, entailing a service performance bond.Ability to quickly assimilate new technical and financial information, to be able to readily support the Production system, identify areas of improvement or effect quick problem resolution.Good knowledge in IT platforms, solutions, and systems of large financial institutionsExcellent written and spoken communication skills in English.Has strong analytical, coordination and networking skillsMust be able to relate to multinational-based organizations and comfortable dealing with senior executives from a variety of cultures.Job Types: Full-time, Fixed termSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayOvertimeSupplemental Pay:Overtime payApplication Question(s):How many years of work experience do you have with software development?How many years of work experience do you have with financial institutions?#J-18808-Ljbffr
