The DBA provides technical expertise in the design, implementation, and maintenance of database management systems that support the Company's objectives. Additional responsibilities include reporting, data input and output, technology management, and end-user training and support.Designs and documents database architecture that meets Company requirements.Monitors and diagnoses Company servers, systems, and/or software applications and determines corrective actions to ensure optimal working conditions of computers, networks, and databases.Analyzes and sustains capacity and performance requirements of systems.Implements and maintains database security and encryption.Develops and implements database policies and guidelines.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related fieldKnowledgeable in Linux server commands, SQL, API, installation, and troubleshootingWith at least 1 year of experience in system database administration.Hybrid work scheduleOnline recruitment processAbout Cocogen Insurance, INC.Cocogen has consistently been among the country's top ten general insurance companies, an industry with over 50 players.Established in January 1963 as Allied Guarantee Insurance Company, Inc., the company built a solid reputation in the general insurance landscape in the country.
