Descripción de la oferta Mantenimiento y soporte de nuestra infraestructura de red, en constante crecimiento. Forma parte del equipo del NOC, siendo responsable de la explotación y mejora de la red de fibra óptica de alta velocidad de Adamo para garantizar todos los servicios entregados a clientes residenciales y empresariales.
Resolución de incidencias complejas escaladas a L3.
Soporte al NOC 24x7 Nivel 1 prestado por empresa externa.
Monitorización de los sistemas de red (Zabbix, Observium).
Participar en la implementación y el mantenimiento tanto de los nuevos servicios como de la infraestructura actual.
Resolución y soporte en incidencias de alto nivel en la red, documentando las soluciones de las mismas para la construcción de una Knowledge Base.
Documentar incidencias y procedimientos de resolución de incidencias.
Soporte fuera de horas laborables (Guardias) a los técnicos del NOC N1 como escalado.
Relaciones internas NOC: comunicación constante con el departamento para hacer mejor diagnóstico de las incidencias y su resolución.
COps: revisiones puntuales de incidencias escaladas, procedimientos, formación, etc.
Planta externa: Detección proactiva de mejoras y diagnóstico de problemas derivados de Planta externa.
Relaciones externas Capacidad de trabajar en equipo y motivación por nuevos retos.
Proactivo, capaz de adelantarse ante posibles incidencias y detectar mejoras en los sistemas.
Orientación al cliente, externo e interno. Focalizado en entender, medir y proveer excelencia.
Comunicación: Capacidad de comunicación con diferentes tipos de roles.
