**NOC L1 Engineer**:

- Service Desk a nível global.
- Punto de contacto único tanto para clientes como para otros departamentos técnicos.
- Supervisión de paneles de control (Monitoring) y creación de incidencias/peticiones/problemas.
- Investigación, resolución, escalación y seguimiento de incidencias/peticiones/problemas a través de una herramienta de ticketing (ServiceNow), cumpliendo según SLA.
- Comunicación continua hacia el cliente, reporting
- Gestión administrativa de las ventanas de mantenimiento.
- Gestión de usuarios.
- Tareas técnicas adicionales (importación de datos) bajo entorno Linux.

**Tu perfil**:

- Orientación a cliente, buena expresión oral.
- ** Inglés fluido** hablado y escrito para dar un servicio internacional (se realizará prueba en la entrevista).
- Experiência en un ServiceDesk/HelpDesk
- Conocimiento/Uso de una herramienta de supervisión.
- Haber trabajado con herramienta de ticketing (ServiceNow).
- Conocimiento básico de Linux.
