Purpose: Responsible for the operational, on-site delivery of outsourcing/facilities management to end user customersActivities involve maintaining contracted service levels resulting in customer satisfaction, maintaining customer relationships, and contract commitments delivered within cost targets Primary Responsibilities: Carries out regular preventative maintenance checks on client fleet of machinesReplenishes consumablesMaintains log of all activities including on-site parts inventoryMaintain clean and tidy devices and surrounding environmentCarries out first level repair and escalate in accordance with agreed procedures for next level maintenance and technical supportEnsures SLA is achieved and customer requirements are metCommitment to maintain skill set through personal development and trainingPromotes knowledge sharing and acts as a mentor/coach Candidate Education: ESO, formal training or technical level, electronics, mechanics, computer science, etc., would be an asset. Candidate Background: Minimum Advanced knowledge of all site products and client IT environmentMinimum Experience in a customer facing service delivery roleMinimum Demonstrates a proactive approach to work with initiative and driveMinimum Good technical and/or electrical aptitude#J-18808-Ljbffr
