.Craft:Job Description:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced QA Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in Quality Assistance and a proven ability to implement advanced testing strategies within an Agile framework. This role requires a commitment to driving quality improvements and the ability to adapt quickly to new testing tools and methodologies.Key Responsibilities:Establish test scopes for typical testing challenges.Independently perform exploratory testing, identifying potential risks and edge cases.Design detailed test suites and acceptance criteria for each game release.Use quality metrics to assess and enhance our working methods.Collaborate with other QAs to implement new QA strategies and processes.Perform risk analyses during initial development phases to identify and mitigate potential issues early on.Communicate effectively with stakeholders and lead team meetings to provide clear guidance and support to non-QA team members.Drive a Quality Assistance mindset within the team, advocating for best practices to enhance processes.Skills to create thrills:Proven experience in QA environments.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in QA processes.Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and time management skills.Proficient in communicating with various stakeholders and leading meetings.Highly collaborative team-oriented work style.Proactive in learning and developing your skills.Fluent in English (written and spoken)About KingAt King, we're Making the World Playful.
