About the Role Svensk Fastighetsförmedling is expanding in Spain and is now seeking several passionate real estate agents to join our office in Fuengirola. If you have a knack for sales and are driven by achieving high customer satisfaction, you'll thrive here. As a part of our dedicated team of four, you will actively work to find attractive properties, match customers' preferences, and help diverse clientele find their new homes. For the right candidate, partnership opportunities are also available
Responsibilities Include: Initiating contact and conducting needs analysisMeeting with customers planning to buy property in SpainBuilding long-term customer relationshipsShowing properties and neighborhoodsSupporting customers with housing-related inquiriesAbout You To excel in this role, you should be passionate about customer interactions, building long-term relationships, and exceeding customer expectations. Structured work habits and the ability to work independently are crucial, as we often operate at a fast pace with multiple concurrent processes where prioritization and organization are key to achieving results.
Requirements: Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and writtenPrevious experience in real estate and/or property brokerageGood knowledge of Fuengirola and surrounding areasDriver's license and good driving skillsHigh digital proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM systemsAdditional language skills are advantageousStrong teamwork skills and a collaborative spiritSounds Exciting?
