Rare Anemias Disorders Research LineThe University Hospital Vall d'Hebron is highly specialized in rare diseases.The scientific direction of the EuropeanReference Network (ERN)-EuroBloodNet, , dedicated to Rare Hematological Diseases (RHD), isled by Dr Mar Mañú Pereira, head of the Rare Anemia Disorders research lab.In line with the Health data strategy at European level, our team is coordinating several projects on European patients'registries for rare haematological diseases: we are collecting patients' data from all over Europe, in order forresearchers to be able to work on sufficient standardized, comparable data, ultimately aiming at providing better care topatients affected by these rare diseases.In the context of the upcoming European Health Data Space (EHDS), which will regulate the Sharing of health data inEurope, these projects are of strategic interest.We are therefore looking for an experienced, motivated and committed Project Manager who will work alongside theCoordinator for Registries in the effective management / delivery of Enrol Network, Rare Anaemia Disorders EuropeanEpidemiological Platform | Radeep (radeepnetwork.eu) and other projects associated to Registries.Some of these projects are funded by the European Union in the frame of the Horizon Europe Programme.JOB DESCRIPTIONEducation and qualifications:Required:-Bachelor degree-At least 2 years of proven expertise in managing the delivery of projects.related with Biomedicine or Health-Fluent (spoken and written) EnglishDesired:– Master degree– PMP or Prince certification or any other Project Management certification.– Proven experience in using popular Project Management toolsExperience and knowledge:Required:-Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a variety of stakeholders– Proficient at managing time and resources– Detail-oriented– Ability to understand and update detailed project plans and schedules (Gantt charts)– Critical thinking and problem-solving skills– An easy-going person with human qualities, able to take responsibility– Ability to work effectively with a dynamic team and to work independently with tight deadlinesDesired:-Experience/knowledge in the management of EU projects…Main responsibilities and duties:-Manage the delivery of the European Registries coordinated by our team, as well as other research projectslinked to Registries.-Helping the Registries Coordinator in executing the projects, according to project plans: communicating prioritiesand making sure deadlines are met and milestones achieved.-Preparing and participating in project meetings, onsite or online; drafting minutes; reporting on the progress ofthe project.Labour conditions:– Full time position (40 h week, from Monday to Friday) based in Vall d'Hebron Research Institute (Hybrid 2days/week)– Start: Immediately– Gross annual salary: Remuneration will depend on experience and skills.(Salary ranges are consistent with ourCollective Agreement pay scale)– Contract: Open-ended contract linked to projectsWhat can we offer?– Incorporation to Vall d'Hebron Research Institute (VHIR), a public sector institution that promotes and developsthe biomedical research, innovation and teaching at Vall d'Hebron University Hospital (HUVH), the biggesthospital of Barcelona and the largest of Catalan Institute of Health (ICS).– A scientific environment of excellence, highly dynamic, where high-end biomedical projects are continuouslydeveloped.– Continuous learning and a wide range of responsibilities within a stimulating work environment.– Individual training opportunities.– Flexible working hours.– 23 days of holidays + 9 personal days.– Flexible Remuneration Program (including dining checks, health insurance, transportation and more)– Corporate Benefits: platform through which you can obtain significant discounts on travel, culture, technology,gastronomy, sports… among many others.– Healthy Offering: choose from a variety of wellbeing focused activities to be the healthiest you.How to apply:Applicants should submit a full Curriculum Vitae and a motivation letter with the reference "Project Manager Registries"to the following email addresses: and Deadline to apply: 17/06/2023
