If you're ready to take on new challenges and grow with us, we want to hear from you As a member of the legal team, you will work within the corporate team, reporting directly to the Lead Counsel but working closely with other Legal Counsels on corporate law matters. This is a role that will require autonomy, attention to detail and drive. You will familiarise yourself closely with Fever's mission and vision, structure, strategy, and objectives, and advise on a variety of corporate transactions, includingjoint ventures and co-investmentsto support the growth of the business, all within a fast-paced company undergoing an ambitious international expansion. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing team leading on all corporate matters relating to the company. You will be required to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members within the legal department and across the Fever business, you will advise and participate on a wide range of corporate secretarial issues, corporate transactions, and co-productions, co-investments, and joint ventures. You will be expected to work across different jurisdictions, leveraging your legal background, with ownership of projects assigned to you. Your responsibilities will include: Drafting and reviewing corporate documents, investment agreements, and similar or ancillary transactional documentation Providing support to business teams and Management in their negotiations, from the initial analysis to execution of any transaction Coordinating and prioritizing work with external legal advisors Preparing / revising internal templates, guides, and similar knowledge management documents, and taking responsibility for document management Assisting with general corporate governance for the entire Fever group Participating in ongoing compliance functions as required Prioritise your and others' work Participate in the upskilling, support and growth of other teams you provide support for ABOUT YOU In order to be successful in this role, you will Be a barred / practising lawyer (corporate or law firm), with at least 6 months of experience working in corporate governance and/or transactions Speak fluent English, with a command of legal English.
