La persona en este puesto apoyará principalmente al departamento de contratación.**Funciones principales y responsabilidades**:- Dar apoyo al HR Culture & Transformación team en los proyectos estratégicos (internacionales & locales) y otros temas organizativos- Proponer mejoras de procedimientos internos del area- Participar en al gestión administrativa de los proyectos asignados, estando en contacto con diferentes interno de la compañia- Dar soporte en la gestión de documentación y bonificaciones- Programar y gestionar reuniones de seguimiento- Actualizar informes/presentaciones**Formación, conocimientos & Experiência**:- Estar cursando estudios superiores o master en proyect management.- Te encantan los desafíos y tienes buenas habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.- Eres una persona a la que le gusta ayudar a los demás y tienes una personalidad extrovertida.- Capacidad para gestionar con éxito múltiples proyectos.- Exposición a una gran cantidad de información y disposición para aprender y crecer en un entorno dinámico.- Saber priorizar las responsabilidades y tareas diarias.- Conocimiento del paquete Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.) a alto nível.- Nível alto de ingles**Competencias & habilidades**:- Trabajo en equipo.- Persona resolutiva.- Dedicación máxima.- Orientación ofimatica.- Capacidad de gestión.
