We have more than 7,000 Kavakees on the team and growing, and as part of this accelerated growth we want to make sure we surround ourselves with the best talent to strengthen us to continue building the technology, processes and products that will allow us to transform the automotive market around the world.What will be your mission?Data Governance : co-construct the data infrastructure across the region working closely with global BI teams to ensure quality, accessibility, homologation & scalability of the region databasesEnsure automatic & reliable data generation through process building & optimization in coordination with Product & Operational teams.Build flowcharts and give visibility on how information is managed across MEA marketsResponsible for building the source of truth for the business in the region by constructing layers of information needed, homologating business definitions & understanding the local particularities of MEA countriesLead systems data migration & become the regional owner for the Global Data Lake ProjectDecentralize access to data to empower local & international teams to generate more data driven decisions through Analytics databases.DBs with precalculated business rules & connections for easy access to all the analysts in the region) & coordinate trainings with global teams for main databasesLead the creation of complex dashboards & visualizations in order to keep track of the results & facilitate decision making being the main data partner for the business areas (Ops, Customer, Expansion, Pricing, Planning)What are we looking for?3+ years of experience in data processing, BI or similar rolesFluency in English & SpanishStrong background in processing large datasets to generate insights (Advanced SQL Skills, databases building, ETLs)Proven skills working with data visualization tools like PowerBI and TableauIntermediate to advanced knowledge in Google tools (Sheets, Scripts, Data Studio, etc)Ability to understand business needs, definitions and main performance indicators and deliver actionable insights & solutionsOwner mentality : willingness to roll up sleeves and do whatever is necessaryPlus) Intermediate to Advanced PythonWhat we offer?Work in a fast paced and multicultural environmentHybrid work model (2 days of home office per week)Flex benefits (Restaurant Card, Transportation, Nursery and Education)Do you want to be part of this story?
