We are looking for a professional that shares a passion for exceptional service and who infuses enthusiasm and passion into everything he or she does. The main duties will include:Ability to advise the guest on wine selection and to supervise the day-to-day wine service.Responsible for selecting and consolidating the wine list by adhering to the budget and beverage cost, the requests of the guests and the concept of the outlet.Conduct staff training on product knowledge with a weekly frequency and work closely with restaurant general manager and chef for product development
