DescriptionFor our Grid Integration Business Unit - Grid and Power Quality Solutions and Service (GPQSS), we are looking for Global Product Group GPQSS Health Safety and Environment Manager (f/m/d).Grid and Power Quality Solutions and Service (GPQSS) partners with customers to deliver scalable solutions for grid connection and power quality. Our solutions tackle the challenges of integration with today's evolving renewable energy sources and transmission and distribution networks to ensure power quality, reliability, and availability.The main scope will be to:Ensure development and implementation of a suitable HSE management system across GPQSS, aligned to BU HSE strategic and operational management needs; Manage and support the GPQSS Global ISO certification program for the HSE related parts; Lead the regional GPQSS HSE Managers community to develop suitable HSE & Sustainability governance models, including internal audit program, significant tools and KPI, specific training modules for the whole GPQSS organization; Act as the overall HSE & Sustainability Manager for the Power Electronics GCoCs; Join the BU HSE&Sust. Leadership team, participating, supporting, facilitating, implementing, and deploying the strategic and tactical programs under the leadership of the BU HSE&S function.Your background:University degreeAt least 10 years of experience in HSEExperience in project management, ideally at global or regional level, preferably in the energy, power, or oil & gas industry.Strong communication skills with the capability to effectively collaborate within and support matrixed leadership and cross-functional teams.Knowledgeable of ISO, NEBOSH, and IOSH certificationsFluent in EnglishAvailability to travel (around 20%)The candidate may be based in any European country where our operations are established.#J-18808-Ljbffr
