Manager of Territory Accounts Fully Remote Madrid or Milan Up to €150,000 Package Animated Sales Professional to join the Global Leaders in Cyber Security Solutions as they grow the territory sales team in the region.
This role will see you building and leading a team remotely of Territory Account Managers across multiple regions, covering mid-size prospects.
Some of what you will be doing: Building and leading the region's Territory Sales team.
Defining and implementing the product strategy in the territory.
Upselling/Cross-selling to pre-existing accounts within the business.
Establishing sales motions for hunting new accounts.
Mentoring sales professionals within the team.
Managing an individual and team quota ranging from €750k - €1 Million.
Ideally, your skills and experience will include: 5+ years of experience in Sales Management.
Background in Cyber Security or Network Security.
Experience leading a team.
Experience in SME or Mid-Market Sales.
Fluent Italian and English.
