27 jul | Environmental Resources Management (Erm) | MadridERM is seeking a motivated Health and Safety, Environmental & Sustainability Consultant with a passion for sustainability to join our growing team based in Spain. The role will be based in Madrid but we offer flexible working arrangements.Why ERM? Our commitment to sustainability and EHS practices makes us a leader in the field, working with clients across various sectors, including energy, technology, mining, and multinational corporations.Key Responsibilities:Support on the design and implementation of corporate Environmental, Health & Safety strategies and programs for HSE and Sustainability including diagnostics, compliance and technical audits, awareness raising, training programs, and hazard and risks identification and assessment.H&S Training and field coaching, including competency assessment, training programs for behavioral change, human factor analysis and assessment.Support on design and implementation of HSE and Sustainability governance processes aimed to drive Operational performance improvement of Organizations, including deployment of risk and opportunities assessment, development of management systems, planning and delivery of auditing activities, design and delivery of training programs.Project Management Activities and management of junior resources.Lead sustainability reporting requirements such as CSRD, taxonomy or non-financial indicators reporting, or voluntary reporting such as CDP.Support or lead on specific sustainability activities (e.G. Low Carbon Economy Transition projects, Carbon neutrality and climate change projects, Life-Cycle Assessments, circular economy, and more).About You:Substantial, relevant experience across HSE and sustainability disciplines as a consultant or in industry.Master's degree in environmental/Safety Engineering, Environmental/Natural resources Management or other relevant disciplines.Project Management experience.Working knowledge of English (C1) is required, knowledge of other languages will be considered as a plus (preferred French).Good knowledge of Spanish HSE legislation and international HSE & Sustainability Guidelines/Standards (e.G. SDGs, TCFD, ISO 14001, ISO45001, ISO 50001, ISO 26000, SA8000).#J-18808-Ljbffr
