Il nostro progetto Innovamat è uno strumento educativo che mira a promuovere un'apprendimento basato sulle competenze, personalizzato e pratico delle matematiche. Innovamat incoraggia l'apprendimento attraverso sperimentazione, conversazione e pratica individualizzata. In questo senso, Innovamat offre percorsi di apprendimento sequenziali, risorse, formazione e contatto con la comunità educativa; esperti nell'educazione matematica e nella scienza che sta alla base dell'apprendimento matematico. Innovamat è stata fondata nel 2017 a Barcellona (Spagna) e collabora con 21.500 insegnanti provenienti da oltre 2.300 scuole in Spagna, Italia, Messico, Colombia, Cile, Ecuador, Brasile, Perù e negli Stati Uniti, che insegnano matematica basata sulle competenze e significativa a più di 490.000 studenti. La tua missione da Innovamat Entrerai nel team di Customer Success come punto di riferimento per le scuole, assicurando che gli insegnanti abbiano tutto il necessario per utilizzare Innovamat al meglio. Ti impegnerai a offrire supporto e soluzioni su misura, consolidando relazioni durature affinché le scuole continuino a scegliere Innovamat anno dopo anno. Responsabilità da Innovamat Acquisirai una conoscenza approfondita del sistema scolastico italiano e delle sue varianti regionali per adattare al meglio il supporto offerto. Fornirai dimostrazioni pratiche del prodotto e gestirai aspettative e necessità delle scuole Costruirai relazioni di fiducia con docenti e dirigenti, accompagnandoli nell'uso di Innovamat Organizzerai incontri regolari con le scuole per monitorare i progressi, risolvere dubbi e garantire un'esperienza ottimale con Innovamat Parteciperai a eventi educativi in Italia e all'estero, rappresentando Innovamat Creerai relazioni significative con i presidi delle scuole e le reti scolastiche. Rappresenterai Innovamat a tutti gli eventi didattici in Italia e potenzialmente all'estero (ad esempio, la fiera BETT). Farai innamorare le scuole di Innovamat. ? Cosa ci aspettiamo da te Orientamento al cliente e capacità di comprendere le esigenze educative delle scuole e dei docenti Passione per l'apprendimento e l'insegnamento della matematica Capacità di gestire un portfolio di clienti e di creare relazioni durature Ottime capacità comunicative e sicurezza nel parlare in pubblico Spiccate capacità di apprendimento , adattabilità e orientamento alla crescita Italiano madrelingua Livello intermedio di spagnolo o inglese (riesci a esprimerti in maniera autonoma) Disponibilità a viaggiare per visitare le scuole del territorio e partecipare a eventi educativi Patente di guida di categoria B E se inoltre Hai altri legami con il mondo dell'istruzione è ancora più probabile che questo lavoro faccia per te (Niente paura è un requisito consigliabile ma non imprescindibile) Perché lavorare in Innovamat?
