Trainer certification is a plus.English is a plus.Proven experience in sales.Excellent organizational skills & communication skills.Collaborative team player with a passion for fostering a positive work environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESRetail Sales strategy: Main link between the ECI BDS and the field (defining monthly sales targets, and other strategic guidelines in terms of growth, KPIs, product launches, etc.
; and proposing tactical changes or local initiatives in the short and medium term to achieve these goals).Field Training: Content creation (translating and adapting the international resources, to ensure a qualitative and effective sales speech, organizing and giving the training sessions both in person and online across Spain in +75 POS).Field Supervision & sales support: Weekly and monthly visits to our POS, to support sales during peak seasons, and ensure the brand guidelines and campaign assets are always correctly implemented, in terms of both the merchandising guidelines and BA's grooming & sales speech.
Report to Sales any operational issues regarding stock and traffic management, as well as the overall customer experience in the POS.
