Descripción del Puesto: Aftermarket Project Manager-CommercialEn Auren Personas trabajamos desde la división de Selección & Executive Search y nos dedicamos a proporcionar servicios especializados de consultoría de Recursos Humanos. Actualmente estamos colaborando con Knorr-Bremse, una destacada empresa del sector ferroviario ubicada en Getafe (Madrid), que busca incorporar a su plantilla a una persona para el puesto de Aftermarket Project Manager-Commercial.Within the Brakes division and the Rail Services department, the Spanish and Portuguese markets will be served. The main task will be to manage the needs of customers (both operators and manufacturers) regarding spare parts and services from the portfolio (brakes, doors, sanitary systems, contactors, etc.), as well as the management of brake and door system modernization projects.Funciones:Preparación de project bid calculations basadas en cost and effort estimations y pricing strategies.Offer and contract negotiations.Mantenimiento de contacto cercano con clientes y construcción/fortalecimiento de relaciones con los mismos.Control de costos, desviaciones, calidad y plazos.Gestión de las actividades comerciales del departamento de Rail Services.Recepción y gestión de pedidos, demandas y necesidades de los clientes.Asesoramiento a clientes sobre directrices de mantenimiento de trenes o equipos, preparando la documentación necesaria para la ejecución.Seguimiento de quejas y materiales retrasados.Identificación de errores y problemas, y seguimiento de sus resoluciones.Colaboración con otros departamentos para una gestión óptima del cliente: logística, producción, finanzas, servicios en campo, reparaciones, etc.Reportes a la sede central.Monitoreo de cuentas y satisfacción de los clientes.KPI Importantes:Inventario y tasa de rotación.Rendimiento de entrega (repuestos y reparaciones).Vencimientos.Requisitos:Educación: Ingeniería Industrial.Al menos 5 años de experiencia como Representante de Ventas o Project Manager en el ámbito industrial.Un alto nivel de inglés es esencial.Otro idioma como alemán, francés o portugués es un plus.Conocimiento de MS Office.MS Project es un plus.Conocimiento de SAP es un plus.Disponibilidad para viajar.Ofrecemos:Empleo permanente dentro del equipo.Oportunidad de crecimiento y desarrollo profesional.Opciones de trabajo remoto parcial.Beneficios adicionales.*Como empresa inclusiva, favorecemos el acceso al mercado laboral para personas con otras habilidades, proporcionando el correspondiente certificado de discapacidad.#J-18808-Ljbffr
