**Responsabilidades**:
- Liderar la planificación estratégica de proyectos de transformación digital, incluida la definición de objetivos, alcance, cronograma y presupuesto.
- Supervisar la ejecución de proyectos, garantizando que se cumplan los plazos, presupuestos y estándares de calidad.
- Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos internos y externos para identificar y mitigar los riesgos del proyecto.
- Gestionar eficazmente los recursos asignados, incluidos el personal, el tiempo y el presupuesto, para optimizar los resultados del proyecto.
- Mantener una comunicación clara y transparente con todas las partes interesadas, proporcionando actualizaciones regulares sobre el progreso del proyecto.
- Evaluar y ajustar la estrategia del proyecto según sea necesario para garantizar el éxito a largo plazo.
**Requisitos**:
- Licenciatura o equivalente en Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería de Servicios o similar.
- Experiência mínima de [3 años] en gestión de proyectos de transformación digital, preferiblemente en un entorno corporativo internacional.
- Conocimientos avanzados de herramientas de Office 365 y Power Platform, incluyendo Azure, Power BI y Power Automate.
- Nociones básicas de programación y comprensión de las necesidades que requieren una aplicación.
- Experiência en la aplicación práctica de metodologías Agile y Scrum, con la capacidad de adaptarse a entornos de trabajo dinámicos.
- Certificación en Project Management Professional (PMP) o equivalente es deseable.
- Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para motivar y guiar a equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Capacidad demostrada para diseñar flujos de trabajo y experiência en el uso de la notación BPMN (Visio, Miro, etc)
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación
- Inglés nível B2 o superior. Se valorará el conocimiento de otros idiomas.
- Capacidad demostrada para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente en un entorno dinámico y de ritmo rápido.
- Orientación a resultados, con un enfoque en la entrega oportuna y dentro del presupuesto.
